MYO Video provides custom 4K commemorative video generation on an “as available” basis. We strive for excellence, but we do not provide express warranties that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every subjective aesthetic expectation. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is outlined in our Return and Refund Policy below.
Return and Refund Policy
We want to ensure you have a rewarding experience. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
- Instant Returns for Satisfaction: We believe you should be happy with your commemoration video. If the final result does not meet your expectations—regardless of our legal obligation—you may request an Instant Return. A full refund in the form of store credit will be issued to your account immediately. This is specifically designed for situations where the creative output does not align with your personal vision.
- Money-Back Guarantee: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please contact support at admin@myovideo.ca. These requests take 5 business days to process.
Fair Use & Refund Integrity
To maintain our commitment to providing instant store credits, we monitor all refund activity for patterns of abuse. Fair use of this policy is defined as seeking a remedy for genuine dissatisfaction with a specific video result. We reserve the right to limit or deny refund requests, or suspend accounts, if we detect an abuse of our refund systems, such as repetitive generation and refunding of videos without intent to purchase.
License & Restrictions
MYO Video grants you a revocable, limited license to use our platform. You agree not to sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the website or its output for third-party use without permission. All intellectual property rights concerning these materials are vested in MYO Video.
