Return & Refund Policy
This is one of the most customer-friendly return policies you’ll find anywhere. At MYO Video, we stand behind our 4K commemorative videos. If the final result does not meet your expectations, we’ll make it right—it’s that simple.
Refund Window
You have 7 days to request a refund, no-questions-asked, although feedback is appreciated. After that, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Instant Returns & Money-Back Guarantee
We offer Instant Returns because we believe you shouldn’t have to jump through hoops if a creative result doesn’t align with your vision.
- Instant Store Credit: If a video does not meet your expectations, you can return it immediately for a full credit back to your account.
- Money-Back Guarantee: If you prefer a refund to your original form of payment, we offer a full money-back guarantee. Please note that these reversals take 5 business days to process.
Fair Use & Abuse of Policy
We want to keep this policy generous for everyone. To maintain this flexibility, we monitor all refund activity for patterns of abuse. We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns to anyone who exploits the Instant Return feature, such as by repetitively generating and refunding videos without a genuine intent to purchase.
How It Works
To get Instant Store Credit:
- Go to My Account > Returns.
- Locate the video you want to return and click the Return button.
- Full credits will be applied to your account instantly.
To get a Refund to your original form of payment:
- Email us at admin@myovideo.ca with your order details.
- Our team will process the request within 5 business days.
- Funds will be sent back to your original form of payment based on standard processing times.
